How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
All of our hairbows are one of a kind (OOAK). Our hair clips measure about 1 3/4 inches long. Each clip is partially lined with 3/4" grossgrain ribbon and is specially heat sealed to prevent fraying.

1. Due to sanitary reasons bows are not returnable, however, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order please contact us.
2. WARNING - Choking Hazard - Small Parts - Not for children under 3 yrs.
How do I return my product?
Easy Returns:
Returns are so easy! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). Simply mail the purchase back to us in the ORIGINAL BOX and we will issue you a check or a credit card refund within 14 days of receipt. (We cannot accept worn bows or mechandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a BOX for us to accept the return.)
If you are exchanging an item, we will charge a $3.00 exchange-shipping/handling charge. This helps keep our costs down so that we can give you free shipping on all original purchases. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom bows. Thank you for your understanding!

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
